The machine consists of a radial arm connected to a tilting arm, which is balanced by a pneumatic spring. The head assembly and electric motor are mounted at the end of the tilting arm and are designed to always operate at a right angle to the working surface.
The machine can be mounted to a table or workbench via the base (1) using three M8 screws spaced 120° apart. Alternatively, it can be attached using a clamp for more flexible installation.
The spindle speed is controlled via a variator board located inside the electronic control box. Motor speed, optional automatic lubrication, and depth control are adjusted using control buttons located on the radial arm, allowing the speed to be precisely adapted for different thread types.
Powered by a single-phase high-frequency motor (available in 220V or 110V), the machine supports a modular quick-change system with seven interchangeable reduction modules. This configuration allows a wide range of output speeds, making it suitable for various threading applications.
Tap holders are connected to the motor via a quick-change coupling, and taps are directly mounted to the tap holders. This streamlined setup minimizes tool change time, significantly boosting productivity in all threading operations.
